1. Who is responsible

2. Data we process

• Birth date, time, gender and birth year you enter into the tools (compatibility, birth chart, day finder) are computed entirely in your browser and are NOT sent to our servers. We do not ask for your real name, phone number or email to use the tools.
• Your cookie/ads choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) to remember it.
• Technical access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time) are recorded by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to run and secure the site.
• If you consent to ads: advertising partners may collect cookie/device identifiers, IP address and information about the pages you view (see section 5).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing and securing the website (legitimate interest).
• Remembering your cookie choice.
• Showing and measuring ads: only with your consent. You can decline and still use the whole site.

4. Retention

Data you enter into the tools is not stored on our servers. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear or change it. Technical logs are kept by the infrastructure provider under its own policy.

5. Cookies and advertising

The site loads advertising or measurement cookies only after you click "Accept ads". You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

When ads are enabled, partners (for example ad networks such as Google) may set their own cookies under their own policies; we will list them here before enabling ads.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Technical data may be processed by our infrastructure provider and (with your consent) by advertising partners whose servers are located abroad. If a feature that sends data to a third-party AI service is added, we will ask for separate consent and say so before anything is sent.

• To be informed, access, correct and delete data; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; and complain, under the data protection law that applies to you (for example Vietnamese law; GDPR for users in the EU/EEA/UK; CCPA/CPRA for California).

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent and believe a child has provided data, contact us.

The site is served over HTTPS and does not store your birth data on servers. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable measures to reduce risk.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date is shown at the top. Material changes (for example enabling ads or adding a feature that sends data to third parties) will be announced on the site.
